Progressive Needles Knit-Along, with Michelle Hunter
sponsored by Skacel yarns.
The project for October is a Shawlette. The yarn being used is Simplicity by HiKoo (pictured above). You will need 3 skeins of one color and size 10-32" circular needles (or size necessary to achieve desired gauge). The color pack pictured above conveniently came with three of each color. If you are planning to participate, please come in soon to select your yarn.  Pattern for the Shawlette will be available beginning October 6th. This is an online knit-a-long and information is available at:  http://knitpurlhunter.com/kal/kal-info/
From a Shawlette to Socks each month between October 2011 and February 2012 a different pattern worked as a knit-a-long. More information on how you participate can be found at http://www.skacelknitting.com/s.nl/sc.2/category.55525/.f

Beginning Friday, October 7th and continuing each Friday through the month of October, YWAT will once again offer an informal evening of listening to a book on DVD while enjoying each others company.  Bring your current project OR join us in the Shawlette Knit-A-Long. Each week, as the new portion of the Shawlette pattern is made available online, we will work on it together, help each other over any rough patches. Call the shop to reserve your spot for what will be a fun evening. Time - 7pm to 9pm.
